Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
By connecting an Instagram account to RaidBuster you agree to these terms.
The service
RaidBuster checks new comments on your Instagram posts and automatically deletes those it identifies as part of a botted raid, and hides those it is unsure about. Hidden comments can be unhidden from your dashboard. Deletion on Instagram is permanent and cannot be undone. Your dashboard keeps a copy of each removed comment and the reason it was removed.
Your account
- You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram professional account you connect.
- You are responsible for your settings, including custom words, and for reviewing what has been removed.
- You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Automated decisions
Detection is done by an AI model, plus any custom words you add. It can make mistakes: some raid comments may get through, and some legitimate comments may be deleted, and deleted comments cannot be restored. RaidBuster is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Whop and include a monthly limit on comments checked. Once the limit is reached, further comments are not checked until the next billing period or until you upgrade. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use RaidBuster to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to access accounts you are not authorised to manage.
Ending the service
You can stop using RaidBuster at any time by disconnecting it from Instagram or deleting your data (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RaidBuster is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Not affiliated with Instagram
RaidBuster is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
